What happens at Admission

If you have completed the Admission paperwork prior to your arrival at the Clinic, the Admissions clerk at the front desk will take it from you to process.  If you haven’t already filled in the paperwork you will be asked to do so.  At the same time you will be greeted by a member of the Client Relations team who will be able to assist you if necessary.   Once the paperwork is complete, Client Relations will accompany you to your Unit and help settle you into your room before handing over to Unit staff.  Client Relations will call in to see you the following day to ensure you have everything you need.
