The Northside Group understands the powerful role food can play in keeping us mentally well, therefore our menu is filled with foods that provide essential nutrients and vitamins. With the approval from our in-house dieticians, the menu has been created with particular attention to ingredients and food that are known to enhance a person's mood and wellbeing.
Our lunch menu is filled with healthy options and is coloured with a wonderful array of super-food salads, wraps, sandwiches and delicious cold cuts.
Our specialised Eating Disorder Units follow a meal plan set out by their psychiatrist and dietician.
